My approach
I bring over a decade of experience building and supporting teams within complex, commercially driven environments.
While much of my background sits within biotech and pharma, my remit has consistently spanned both specialist and commercial hiring- partnering with leadership teams to scale functions across R&D, sales, operations, corporate services and growth. The context may have been regulated, but commercial challenges were universal: attracting the right talent, building capability, and scaling responsibly.
Alongside recruitment strategy and delivery, I have led employer brand and EVP development initiatives- helping organisations clarify how they articulate their culture, ambition and value to the market.
This dual perspective ensures talent strategy and employer positioning are aligned when required- supporting both immediate hiring needs and long-term organisational growth.
